Dynamic Feet for Whole Body Health, in partnership with Wildling Shoes + Wildfoxpedition
Our feet are literally our foundation. Healthy, efficient function of our feet is essential for healthy, efficient movement of the whole-body. In this interactive talk we will learn a bit about the foot and ankle, and how transitioning to barefoot or minimal shoes can encourage healthy foot development, optimal foot function and a more balanced use of the whole body as we move.  

After the talk there will be the opportunity to try on some Wildling shoes - an innovative and ethical barefoot shoe brand from Germany, along with an open discussion/Q&A .
