Solar AcroYoga is the yang component of AcroYoga and as such it is dynamic, fun and the effect of the practice is uplifting. In this workshop we will explore the basic elements AcroYoga such as forward and backward flying, including an inversion and a short flow with transitioning. We will work in the roles of base, flyer and spotter. No partner necessary. All welcome.
